These are truly excellent photos, Cathy. In the 2nd one, I love how the water looks like satin. It’s a quality I used to notice about the sea, when I lived by it, on certain days 🙂

I’m envious of your beautiful photographs Cathy but not sure that there is such a gull as a Black faced gull. Perhaps check out Black Headed gull.
