#SundayStills ~ It’s Mostly Been A #Grey January #Photography

Welcome to the Sunday Stills feature created and hosted by Terri Webster Schrandt

The prompt for this week is Gray (or Grey if you’re in the UK 😉)

Everywhere looks pretty grey at the moment, the ocean taking it’s colour from the clouds. Just a glimmer of light trying to break through. It didn’t quite make it in the end and was swallowed up by the clouds.

The grey wolf stares and growls a warning to lesser pack mates. He has to eat first or there will be trouble. Thankfully the others took heed and waited their turn.

This little beastie stayed on the wall by the back door for quite a while. I couldn’t find out what type of moth it was, so if anyone has an idea do let me know.

More grey skies and seas for our afternoon walk on the beach with lots of different shades.

    1. That really was one scary moth! I had to sidle past every time I went out the back door in case it decided to launch itself at me 😂
I went with my sister to the wolf consevation trust in Reading. Unfortunately it’s closed to the public now.

  1. Beautiful greys Cathy and I Iove your capture of the wolf! The video of Finn is wonderful too. It’s sweet to see how he potters about so unperturbed by the waves 😍 Hope you are having a great day and much love to you and Finn from all of us here 🤗💖🐕 xxx
