The coldest morning so far. It was still -5 degrees while we were out but the sun was shining and the frost was crisp. The perfect winter morning. Parts of the lake were frozen over but it didn’t seem to bother the ducks. I didn’t see any swans however, not sure where they were hiding.

Lovely photos, Cathy! Winter is my favorite season because of so many things…Colder weather, wearing sweaters, cozy nights by the fire, stews and soups in abundance at my house, SNOW!!!, Christmas, football! Love and hugs!

Such a shame this lovely winter weather is ending, Cathy. I was hoping it would stick around until at least the New Year so we could have had a white Christmas, as some of the frosts have hang around all day.
