This month’s prompt is any shade of green.
A juvenile blue tit (I think) preening in the safety of the tree.
and a robin after enjoying the sunflower hearts. He definitely looks well fed.
The Star of Bethlehem has beautiful flowers and I liked the effect after experimenting with Camera PS
Many flowers have shades of green including what Google tells me is a dogwood flower on the left, the hydrangea on the right…
…and the ornamental cabbage and holly.
A striking green and black butterfly from a butterfly conservation centre we visited a few years ago. I couldn’t remember the name and again according to Google it’s a Malachite.
Still plenty greenery around at Quarry Bank Mill.

Your lush greens are pleasing to the eyes, Cathy! Don’t you just love knowing there are green flowers in our world? The birds make a sweet springy touch to the images! I love both versions of the Star of Bethlehem!
