I don’t have much left of this particular quality, especially after trying to sort out my iTunes so it’s deep breath time….and time to practice having a little more patience!
Hugh has started a fun new Weekend Music Share feature on Hugh’s Views and News Thought I’d join in with one of my favourite instrumentals ~ Albatross by Fleetwood Mac.
It was released as a single in 1968 and spent a week at No1 in the singles chart. It was re-released in 1973 and reached No2.

Bill Eisner, former lawyer, Trekkie and thoroughly nice guy, owns The Cozy Cup coffee shop, which he loves. He’s just been refused a small business loan and things are looking bleak. The coffee shop is well liked and supported in the neighbourhood, with a Good Karma table for the homeless, a community room used by local social groups and featuring resident entertainers.
Bill realises he needs something else in his life and allows his best friend, Roger, to talk him into a speed dating event. Just when Bill has lost hope of connecting with anyone, Amber Love comes to his table.
