I love being by the sea, here are a few of my favourite beaches…
A stunning beach in Northumberland over looked by the equally stunning Bamburgh castle.
Two of the many Cornish beaches, Carbis Bay and St Ives.
West Bay in Dorset made famous by the TV drama, Broadchurch.
Beer is a pretty little fishing village in Devon with a shingle beach.
Coquet Island seen from Amble beach. The small island is a nature reserve and bird sanctuary.
Llanddwyn beach is on the small tidal island of the same name off the coast of Anglesey, with Snowdonia in the background.

The UK had amazing beaches, Cathy and thank you for sharing yours! That one image of the wall along Dorset is spectacular!

Those cliffs are magnificent and make a visitor feel very insignificant. Drama at it’s best 🙂

Yes indeed, and unfortunately sometimes dangerous with rock falls. We never walked too close to the cliffs.

I think I would love being surrounded by beaches. I did watch many episodes of Broadchurch so that beach looked familiar.
